Q: hey guys/gals can some one please help me out in running PHP file using apache i just installed apache for the first time on my system so wat to do next….?
I have come across this questions many times. Even I had the same doubt when I installed Apache for the first time.
Actually there are 3 different ways to install PHP as Apache module
* as a web server’s static module
* as a web server’s dynamic module
* as a CGI interpreter

Also remember to install php with apxs2
‘–with-apxs2=/usr/sbin/apxs’
