Sensex Ticker has been updated to support all sub versions firefox 3 released till date. This add-on can now be installed on any Firefox Version from 2.0 to 3.0pre (Pre-release of the much awaited Firefox 3.0).

I recently updated my firefox to 3.0rc1. Sensexticker stopped working for me. I found a workaround.
This works for only in this case.
I changed the install.rdf file.
Set the maxVersion to 3.0.*
And then it will work.
But i’m facing a problem. I have added NAUKRI in the script line and it cannot fetch the records for naukri.
It would be great if you could look into it.
ShareKhan has updated the code for Naukri.com from “NAUKRI” to “INFOEDGE”.
If you try with this quote, you’ll get your updates.
Also, Firefox 3.0, is round the corner. The maxVersion tag is used to define the compatibility of the extension with Firefox versions. The workaround that you tried is almost the right way for making it compatible.
