Glitches on RealAcres.com's homepage

I recently learnt that RealAcres.com has been aquired by iProperty.com for ~18.8 Cr Rs. As I had never seen the site before I followed the link and came across a couple of glitches on the site homepage.

Seems like the toggle view button on the top right (which gets wrapped on some resolutions) is not handled correctly and obviously is not tested properly(if at all).

The designer of the page is fond of the word “New”. There is a “New” prefixed to almost everything on the page including the “Just Added..” text as well.

There is a lot of clutter of links along with a lot of space wasted below it.

The spacing on the bottom links is weird. A small reordering of these can make it look neat.

Time to have a re-look at the CSS and HTML files? Or time to hire a few QA engineers?

I have over 6 years of experience in architecting and developing web applications.

I am currently working at Akamai Technologies as a Sr. Software Engineer responsible for gathering/conceptualizing requirements and architecting the “Media Analytics” product, which is part of the Akamai HD Network. Previously at Akamai, I was working in the portal development team for the “Performance Analytics” suite of products, responsible for feature development and usability enhancements. At Akamai, I have gained an in-depth understanding of the business of online “Analytics”, and building & using large-scale software for it.

Prior to this, I worked as a Technical Architect at Info Edge (I) Ltd (company that owns high traffic portals like: Naukri.com, Jeevansaathi.com, Brijj.com, 99acres.com etc.). I was the first member of the Brijj.com technical team and was responsible for hiring and bootstrapping the complete team; and architecting the product. For Naukri.com, I played a key role in implementing and optimizing Lucene based distributed and scalable Resume Search Engine in Core Java. I was also responsible for performance tweaking (Apache & Lighttpd for high performance and low response time), and taking initiatives to deliver smart, fast and quality products for the company.

Apart from these, I have also undergone six months of extensive training experience at Tata Consultancy Services, responsible for re-writing existing Pro*COBOL code in equivalent PL/SQL scripts.

Which browser are you trying, it seems perfect to me checked both FF and IE, might be the page didnt loaded fully for you. Refresh and check.
Just check 1 imp as aspect, the loading of divs are timed, the left tab loads last! awsome job

@Adi This is happening in both IE and FF in the compact, 2 column view. There is a small (almost invisible) icon on the top right that allows users to switch between 2 column and 3 column views of the homepage. The left most column disappears in the 2 column view.
Check it out.
My page had loaded completely and I just rechecked it on another laptop as well.
